Main Model
PBS electric pallet stacker equipped with initial lifting, can be used on uneven surface and ramp area. It can load two pallet together for faster delivery.

Modules Designs for Dealers
Simply operation on changing MAST, SADDLE, FORK without Special training.
Thus Dealers can make faster Deliver and change model type from stock.

Main features

The most advanced SEM controller provides smooth acceleration, and precise speed control in confined areas.

Traction Unit

	The Separately Excited motor 24V is vertically connected with gear box that reduce the turning radius.
	Mounted on spring floating with two absorbers, the wheels adheres perfectly to the floor even on bumpy road.

Electronic Control

	The SEM controller used new power switching technology provides smooth stepper acceleration and moving in the confined area.
	With the regenerative braking saves battery power consumption.

Mast

	The masts made by special steel profiles to ensure high performances for long and continuous working under heavy loads.
	Masts equipped with two lift cylinders, consist of safety valve and sensor, auto-lower speed when fork near30mm to the ground that protect pallet and cargos.

Tiller arm

● Required only little force and can be operated with one hand.
● The control levers are smooth to make big and small radius turning.
● Equipped with safely auto reversing head on Tiller arm comply with European security standard.

Brake

	An electromagnetic brake operates on the drive shafts when the tiller arm is in horizontal or vertical position.
	Auto-stop braking when the speed controller is return to the neutral position.

Besides, we have models that can be used in refrigerator and freezing compartment.
